Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data may be processed by Ölmez Beton as data controller within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed
The full name, company, phone, e-mail, city and address details you send through the forms on our website; the content of your request (product, quantity, message, attachments); the information in your CV for job applications; and, for security and to prevent misuse, the IP address and date and time of submission.
3. Purposes of processing
Responding to quote and sample requests, handling contact requests, evaluating job applications, ensuring information security and preventing misuse of the forms.
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed on the grounds that it is necessary to fulfil your request, the legitimate interest of the data controller and the consent you give in the forms.
5. Transfers
To the extent necessary to provide the service, your data may be shared with service providers of e-mail and hosting services and, under legal obligations, with authorized institutions. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and as provided in the relevant legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation for damage.
